Installed Xandros2.0 yesterday, did the download and then burn a cd route. Used BitTornado for the first time, Bit Tornado starts out downloading quite slowly but does pick up speed and is soon at 200 to 300KBps. You do need a hi-speed connection as the download is over 500MB's.
The Xandros installation was without a problem. If you have been thinking of giving Linux a try, go to www.xandros.com and approx. an hour later you should have it up and running. I use burnatonce to burn my cd's.

Today is 11/07/2004 , my 65th Birthday was on the 23rd of Oct.. The following Monday I applied for the senior utility rate available through my utility based on income and of course age. I also am awaiting a "SAVE" card which will allow me to buy Altocor at a set price for the next 12 months. I'm now on Medicare which is a giant step upwards in coverage vs the individual plan I choose after my Company decided to merge with another(and I choose not to "merge" with the new company).
