Testing BlogJet
I have installed an interesting application - BlogJet. It's a cool Windows client for my blog tool (as well as for other tools). Get your copy here: http://blogjet.com

Father Dave
Father Dave's Top Ten Reasons Why we Need to Teach Boxing to Our Young People
1. When young people are in a disciplined training routine they have no time to cause trouble
2. Even when they have the time, they are too tired to cause trouble after a solid night's training
3. Young people learn to work happily in a structured environment which has positive effects at school
4. In the boxing gym they learn to accept authority
5. Through competitive fighting, young people learn to set goals for their lives
6. Through deleloping their physical capabilitie young people develop greater self-esteem
7. The training routine teaches them self-discipline
8. Through learning to control their response when they are hit, young people develop self-control
9. Boxing training is very cathartic for persons carrying a lot of emotional baggage or anger
10 When a young person joins a gym they join a new peer group of persons not involved in drugs or criminal activities
All of the above is credited to Father Dave a Anglican Priest in Sydney, Austrailia whom I've only recently learned about via the Internet by way of a book he has written "Sex, the Ring& the Eucharist" Click to Find Out More

A Kid in a Candy Store
That's what it feels like when you do things in RSS vs. a Normal Static Web Page. Candy is a nickel a piece and you have 5 dollars you can spend. Yes, I realize it has to be the fifites in order to have those prices, so what it is still a good example.
Thank you Netscape and Userland. Also I thank those who use it, develop it, do tutorials on RSS and Blogging, or in other words I would like to thank any and all of those who have helped bring RSS to its present state.

Have spent most of the past few days either posting to my blog at http://robertnelsononline.com/blog/ or rebuilding from "raw"(as Windows calls it)my WinXPSP2 computer. In the process I found out some things that I thought where caused by something else where the results of problems in the OS.
So will certainly have to try to stay on top of things better. Like many I am glad that 2004 is history and hope that 2005 is better. Things like the tsunami underscore the lack of real problems at my end. As always Americans are rising to the occasion and donating to help the victims.Maybe now there will some kind of early warning system put in place.
